Delivery & Shipping


When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are processed during weekdays 9:30am-4pm PST and Saturdays from 9:30am-1pm. Orders will not be processed on Sunday, or US federal holidays. Most Priority Mail Express orders placed before 12pm noon M-F will ship out same-day.  

 Delivery Times

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it may be shipped via USPS Priority mail and will usually be delivered within 2 to 7 business days after your order is processed.

USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.

Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed and subject to USPS scheduled times.

Where do we ship?

Dotpod offers shipping to 45 US States. Please note: We are unable to ship any products to the following states due to State's Regulation: Arkansas, Maine, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont. Also, please note: We are unable to ship any products to the following locations: San Francisco, CA, and Anchorage, AK

We do not offer international shipping unless notified and confirmed by wholesalers. If you are interested in shipping to your country, please contact our customer service info@thedoptod.com. Please note that return labels will not be provided on international orders. Duties, taxes, and other custom fees may be adjusted based on the contents of your shipment.

Incorrect address submission:

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to Dotpod due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package may be reshipped if Customer provides a 15% restocking and shipping fee.

Missing items:

Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 96 hours of delivery. Please provide pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.

Returning Items:

Dotpod stands by our Customers feelings and guarantee a 100% refund policy for approved concerns. 

Privacy and discretion:

Orders from theDotpod.com are to be shipped in priority package boxes. The shipping label on the package will be labeled "DotPod" along with our address.

If you are located in the Western half of the continental US, estimated shipping time frame is 1 to 3 business days. For the rest of the country, it can take up to 8 business days for deliveries as we're looking to improve the network.

We are no longer able to ship to Military Addresses, and U.S. Territories at this time. Moving forward, all orders will be shipped out with our network of Local Regionals Carriers.

New Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications

Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of placement, with most orders shipping within 24 hours out of our facility. Tracking emails will automatically be sent out once it is shipped unless you are in certain parts of the Midwest and Eastern half of the US. Packages en route to the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S. will require longer transit times (up to 8 business days).

New Service Coverage

You may see that we are unable to ship to some of our customers, mainly due to logistical constraint or lack of regional carrier service in certain areas in continental U.S.. However, our carriers network is expanding daily so sign up to be notified when we are able to ship to you again!

Free Domestic U.S. Priority Shipping on all Orders.

This option will be available whenever the final cart price is above $24.99, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, discount code, and reward points. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible. 

Required Adult Signature Service

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing vape related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMELINES

It can take 24 to 48 business hours to process before it is shipped out for all orders. After the processing period, a tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer to confirm the package is in the final stages of fulfillment. 

Return to Sender

Any re-shipping services are at DotPod’s sole discretion.

Late Shipments

Please reach out to us via email info@thedotpod.com or USPS and provide your tracking number for further details.

State Regulations

Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

International Orders

If your Country/State is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.

  • All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. DotPod is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders. 
  • All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service-related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, Dotpod is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. We highly recommend contacting your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regard to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

How are replacement parts shipped?

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using the same Priority 1-4 day shipping the original order was sent with.
